One of a kind and is in perfect condition it was made in the 60's totally rewired, a pull switch for the top light a 3-way switch for the lower lights. The table is glass not plastic. Very ornate would look great in living room or game room.
Look up Loevsky & Loevsky on eBay very sot after lights. Lamp shade not included its mine.
