Received brand new last year as a gift. Used one time. Was testing a recipe, when I threw out the loaf, I threw out the mixer center piece by accident .You would have to replace that little removable blade that comes with all bread mixers - either Amazon or by contacting Hamilton Beach, the company. Otherwise excellent condition
