Gerstner Machinist Chest 16" h x 20" l x 91/2 depth with numerous precision measuring tools, new in box 1" Starrett micrometer, magnetic bases, scribes, square heads, Starrett and Lufkin 12" steel rule, telescopic cylinder gauge, inside and outside calipers, antique wooden folding rulers 6" & 12", new vee blocks , federal dial indicator, Barlow folding pen knife, etc.. Tool box has a grim history. Previous owner was killed in a North Side bar robbery circa 1969 necessitating its sale in a local manufacturing plant by lottery.
