The townhouse (3 BR's + queen sleeper sofa with 2 1/2 baths) is completely furnished; wall mounted TV's, washer and dryer, 2 coffee makers including K-cup plus Wi-Fi. The two car garage has at least six beach chairs, beach umbrella and toy chest full of beach stuff. And a charcoal grill which can be used in the courtyard. Pool located in the courtyard.
Linens are included with the rental And we keep the house pretty well stocked.
