Who You Are:
A highly motived individual who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organizion to be successful.
Wh You Will Be Doing:
- Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood cres for eight or more hours, daily.
- Transport of merials including glass from one position/locion to another to expedite the production process.
- Read and tach approprie labels and tags to product
- Quality inspection, opering equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
- Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
- Perform different job functions on a roting basis
- Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediely of any issues (fabricion issues, logo placement, etc.)
- Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specificions
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Regular and predictable tendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills You Bring:
- Must be least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, understand, and communice paperwork and labels.
- Ability to read and interpret basic mhemical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
- All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
- Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, preferred.
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Overhead crane experience a plus
