🛠️ FULLTIME W2 EMPLOYEES:
We are seeking to hire full-time W2 employees to join our in-house team. We’re looking for motivated, reliable people of any skill level — from entry-level laborers to seasoned remodelers. If you’re hardworking, have a good attitude, communicate well, and want to grow, we can find a place for you here.
Pay ranges from $20–$35/hour depending on MINDSET, years of experience, skillset, and ability to work independently.
You’d be working within our established W2 framework, alongside our project managers and senior team members, primarily on larger, more detailed, high-end projects — like the type of work shown here:
