We will teach you the "Sign Side" of the business—we just need your expertise with power tools, levels, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Why this is a better gig than general construction:
Better Environment: No massive demolition or rough framing. We do precision installs on high-end storefronts and professional interior offices.
Specialized Equipment: We use a 25' bucket truck and professional lifts—no 40-foot ladders in the mud or high-wind pylon climbs.
Reliability: 40 hours a week, every week. Consistent M-F schedule with full benefits (Medical, PTO, and IRA with company match).
Skills we are looking for:
Mastery of Tools: Expert comfort with drills, saws, anchors, and fasteners.
Precision: Ability to read blueprints/site plans and take exact measurements (measure twice, cut once).
Professionalism: Clean driving record to operate our service truck and a professional attitude when speaking with clients.
High Standards: You take pride in making sure everything is perfectly level and securely mounted.
Requirements:
3-5+ years in a skilled trade (Signs, Carpentry, Glazing, or Finish Construction).
Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable record.
Ability to work at heights (mostly up to 25') and lift up to 50 lbs.
