We are a locally owned and operated sign shop in the South Hills looking for a dependable Lead Field Installer to take ownership of our installation projects. We have the work, the equipment, and the support—we just need a pro who shows up and takes pride in a job done right.
The Pay: $28 - $35 / hour starting (based on experience and structural knowledge).
The Job:
Lead a 2-man crew on commercial sign installations across the Pittsburgh area.
Operate a 25' bucket truck safely in various commercial environments.
Perform structural mounting and anchoring into brick, stone, EIFS, and steel.
Basic low-voltage wiring for illuminated signs.
Ensure every job is finished to a "perfectionist" standard.
What We Are Looking For:
Reliability: You are the person the shop depends on. If you aren't there, the truck doesn't move.
Safety First: Comfortable working at heights (25ft+) and familiar with aerial lift safety.
Problem Solvers: You can look at a blueprint and a wall and figure out the best mounting solution on the fly.
Clean MVR: You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean record to be covered by our insurance for the bucket truck.
