FASTSIGNS/Pittsburgh is looking for a Field Lead who wants a professional "home." We don’t want a helper—we want a Lead who knows how to own a project, solve problems on the fly, and represent a high-end shop.
The Perks:
Top Pay: $27-$30/hr starting.
Stability: Consistent Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No more "guessing" your schedule).

The Non-Negotiables:
Reliability: You are the Lead. That means you are on-site and ready to go at 8:00 AM, 5 days a week. No excuses.
Structural IQ: You know your fasteners and substrates (brick, block, metal studs).
Professionalism: No tempers, no drama. We solve problems logically.
Requirements:
5+ years in Construction, Remodeling, or Signs.
Clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
