The Role:
Are you a Lead Carpenter, Remodeler, or Construction Professional who is tired of the inconsistency of residential job sites? FASTSIGNS/Pittsb urgh is looking for a mechanically-minded Field Lead to own our installation operations. This isn't just "hanging signs"—it’s technical, commercial-grade installation that requires a builder's mindset.

What Defines a "Lead" at Our Shop:
Unshakeable Reliability: Our team and our clients depend on us. A "Lead" here is someone who is on-site and ready to go at 8:00 AM every single day. If you have chronic "emergencies" or attendance issues, please do not apply. This role requires occasional flexibility for early start or working past 5:00 PM to ensure a high-profile install is completed perfectly. Very occasional weekend work may be required for specific commercial projects.
The "Solution" Mindset: You will be the face of the company on-site. When a job site presents a challenge, you find a professional, safe way to solve it without losing your cool.
Mechanical IQ: You understand structural anchoring, substrates (brick, block, EIFS), and basic electrical. You take pride in a job that is level, plumb, and permanent.
Professionalism: You can communicate clearly with business owners and site managers.
Requirements:
5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
Comfortable at heights and on ladders.
