Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced residential carpenter for smaller renovation projects in the East End of Pittsburgh, including bathrooms, kitchens, decks, trim, and paint. This role requires working alone through all phases of projects with support from subcontractors and management. Tools and transit van provided.
Responsibilities:
• Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall, tile, trim, fixture setting, and general carpentry
• Follow project plans and specifications
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Use and maintain tools safely
• Communicate effectively with the project manager/homeowner
Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential carpentry
• Ability to lift 75lbs and perform physical tasks
• Own basic hand tools (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work legally in the U.S.
