Oversees operations, staff, and legal documentation.

Responsibilities:

Liaise between executives and field staff

Oversee:

Fleet maintenance

Tool/material purchasing

Inventory tracking

Shop operations

Monitor project progress via shared Google Sheets

Approve/correct digital timecards

Track/report team mileage

Conduct site visits to verify pace & quality

Manage recurring consumable deliveries

Submit:

Insurance writeups

Tenant damage reports

Legal compliance documentation

Conduct hiring and exit interviews

Inspect turnovers and create punchlists

Manage AppFolio work orders

Dispatch staff, schedule vendors, tenant interaction

Track/schedule:

Framing (porch/stairs)

Cabinet/countertop installation

Mentor lower tiers, lead safety meetings

Draft material & cut lists

Submit POs up to $1,000

Adjust crew schedules, coordinate inspections

Fill in for Coordinator or Field Lead as needed

Tier 2 – Field Lead (Pay: $23–$28/hr)
Supervises crews while staying tool-active.

Duties:

Supervise 0–2 Assistants/Technicians

Rough-in full bath groups

Install:

One-piece fiberglass tub/showers

Tile-ready surrounds

Basic tile

Flash & install windows

Ensure lead-safe demo (RRP compliant)

Submit punchlists and photos daily

Tier 1 – Field Technician (Pay: $19–$22/hr)
Executes skilled repairs and installations.

Duties:

Full Level 5 drywall finish

Install:

LVP, VCT, cove base

Doors (pre-hung)

Light fixtures

Carpentry: Shelves, blocking

Concrete patching & epoxy

Replace outlets, switches

Anticipate material needs

Fill in for Field Lead or Assistant as needed

Tier 0 – Field Tech Assistant (Pay: $16–$18/hr)
Entry-level position focused on support and logistics.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, smartphone

Independently travel to sites (mileage reimbursed)

Duties:

Manual labor: Lifting, hauling, demo, dump runs
