Responsibilities:
Liaise between executives and field staff
Oversee:
Fleet maintenance
Tool/material purchasing
Inventory tracking
Shop operations
Monitor project progress via shared Google Sheets
Approve/correct digital timecards
Track/report team mileage
Conduct site visits to verify pace & quality
Manage recurring consumable deliveries

Supervises crews while staying tool-active.

Manual labor: Lifting, hauling, demo, dump runs
