We’re Hiring! Construction Crew Member – $15–$25/hr + OT
We’re a small, growing contracting company looking for a hard working crew member to join our team. Most days you’ll be assembling prefab sheds, but you’ll also help with general remodeling projects. For the right person, this can grow into a Crew Lead role.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of construction experience (3–5 preferred)
• Comfortable using pneumatic nailers
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Able to pass a background check
• Transportation to a central meeting place and/or job sites
• Having your own hand tools is a plus
What You’ll Do
• Assemble large prefab sheds
• Assist with remodeling tasks (framing, demo, installs, etc.)
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Work 30–40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities (especially in summer)
