Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kennel Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and structured environment for the dogs in our care. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals and thrives in an active environment.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, crates, and common areas
Feeding dogs according to specific instructions
Exercising dogs (walking, structured play, basic engagement)
Monitoring dogs for health, behavior, and overall well-being
Assisting with daily facility upkeep and organization
Following safety and handling protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments
Ability to handle physical work (lifting, standing, cleaning)
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
