I am a landlord & I am looking for a person or persons who has knowledge with small electrical & plumbing matters that I encounter from time to time. Nothing that would require a permit or anything, mostly swapping out toilets & faucets, minor leak repairs, swapping plugs & switches, troubleshooting electrical matters, and all other general types of electrical & plumbing.
