Highland Home Services is a local home repair and maintenance business based in Carnegie.
We are looking for Home Repair Technicians to join our team ASAP!
This is a full time W2 position with a growing company. Please read the entire post before reaching out.
On any given day we could be:
Patching drywall
Fixing appliances
Changing locks
Cleaning gutters
Pressure washing
Trimming/cutting down trees
Landscaping
Fixing sinks and toilets
Replacing fixtures
Handling move-in/move-out inspections on rentals
Completing rental unit turnovers
Maintaining foreclosures/vacant homes
Completing cleanouts/haulouts
And a lot more.

Skilled/semiskilled trade experience? Jack of all trades? We want to talk to you!
Talented DIY type stuck at a mind numbing desk job? We also want to talk to you!
We do not expect anyone to know everything about all the things we can encounter - Attitude and a desire to learn new skills will typically go further in this kind of work than highly specific experience.
Pay Range - $42K-52K Salary
Must have:
Drivers license & reliable vehicle
Clean background check
Positive attitude and good people skills
Smartphone
This is physical work requiring occasional heavy lifting, working overhead, bending, climbing ladders, etc!
Smartphone required! We use a variety of apps specific to our clients and for our own day to day operations. This is non negotiable, but the apps are easy to learn and we will train!
