The Roofing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial roofing systems. This position involves completing service calls, identifying roof leaks and damage, performing repairs safely and professionally, and communicating clearly with customers and management.
Inspect roofs and identify leaks, storm damage, and other roofing issues
Perform roofing repairs on shingles, metal, flat, and other roofing systems
Repair or replace flashing, pipe boots, ridge vents, gutters, siding, and related components
Complete emergency service calls and minor maintenance work
Document repairs with photos and written notes
Communicate repair recommendations and findings to management
Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety requirements
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean working condition
Follow OSHA safety regulations and proper fall protection procedures
Provide professional customer service on all job sites
