This tool is for bending the 1/2" drive cleat on straight duct and fittings. Can also be used to hem edges on patches. This cleatbender would be considered the 18" model. It works as it should and bends and evenly.
NOTE: some of the nuts and bolts have been replaced over time with Home Depot hardware. Also, where the handle enters the top part that moves has a piece of the casting missing, but I made a repair and the whole tool works as it should. Unless you looked, you wouldn't notice. I'm just pointing it out so there aren't any surprises.
I'm only selling because I got a 24" model and no longer have a need for this 18" bender.
