Its always been hard to start for me, like all 2 cycle motors are, but it has an electric starter motor just plug it in to a 110v outlet with an extension cord prime it and push the starter button.
Selling due to not wanting to fool with it to get started, or deal with the smell when running so I’m changing all my tools over to battery powered, my driveway is not that big any way
I did some maintenance to it a few years ago, this is what I was told was done.
New motor housing
Pinion gear
Scraper bar
Drive belt
Spark plug
