Brand New. I ended up with this as part of a kit and I do not need it.
HomeDepot sells just the tool (no battery, no charger) for $110 ($100 plus approx $10 PA sales tax), just look for

You get exactly the same from me for less. It works with ANY Ryobi 18V battery, old Ni-Cd, Ni-MH or latest Li-Ion technologies.

If you do not have other Ryobi tools and need a battery and charger I can sell you a brand new full-size high-capacity Ryobi 18V+ battery (retails $65) and a Ryobi charger (retails $40) for an additional $50 (making it an even $100 for the whole thing). Alternatively, you may be able to use other brand batteries (DeWalt, Makita, Ridgid) with corresponding adapters for Ryobi.

Will NOT ship, pick up only from Cranberry Township (easy off I-76 or I-79)
