The set is like new. Released in 1981. Includes the additional follow up year releases for 1982, 1983, 1984, and 1985. The train looks great when running with a total of 6 cars behind the locomotive. All cars are lighted and come complete in their original boxes with card board sleeves. No missing or broken parts. Very light seasonal use from a non smoking home. Track is included with the set. Transformer and speed control were never a part of the set, however I do have them and additional track if needed at additional cost.
