I have two HP Elitebook 840 laptops. They both have chargers and batteries which hold charge. I loaded fresh installs of windows 10 (product key included) and reloaded all the drivers. The specs are as follows:

Core i5-4300u CPU
8 Gb RAM
128 Gb SSD
Usual features - webcam, Bluetooth, dual-band WiFi, DisplayPort, etc.
