About the apartment:
Studio apartment located in North Oakland (next to St. Paul Cathedral). It is a 5 minute walk to University of Pittsburgh, 10 minute walk to Carnegie Mellon University, and 2 minute walk to the bus stop (71A and 71C). The apartment is unfurnished, but I pass down some of my furniture which are all newly purchased 2 weeks ago and never used. I don't have good photos and I'm not at the apartment right now but if anyone is interested, I can send a video that I took of the empty unit when I moved in.

Lease: Through 7/31/2026 (renewal available)
