Hi everyone! I’m looking for a girl (ages 19–23) to sublet my bedroom in a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment. The room is available January through early August, but I’m open to shorter sublease durations if needed. Rent is $500/month, and utilities average about $100/month. The room will come furnished with a full-size bed, desk, mirror, dressers, and more.
The apartment is on the first block of Juliet St, about a 15–20 minute walk to campus. You’d be living with three other girls (ages 21–22) and sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living area.
