It is Official Licensed Merchandise of the Pittsburgh Penguins
I bought it in 1992 at the Civic Arena for approx $25 to $30, then stored it wrapped in plastic on the top shelf of my closet.
Has never been displayed.
No scratches, discolorations etc, in pristine condition.
Not just a foto, later put into a dec-au-page.
This item was sold at the arena exactly as is.
