Northside Community Pilates is a full service studio located in the Deutschtown neighborhood in Pittsburgh's Northside. We have space available for qualified Pilates Teachers who would like to grow their own clientele in a positive and supportive environment, without the cost of operating a studio. While the studio is equipped with Classical equipment, teachers from all backgrounds are welcome, as are trainees who are currently working on their certification.

Please note that this is neither an employment, nor an independent contractor position. Renters will have the freedom to control their schedule, rate, and teaching styles.

The following requirements apply:
- Graduate of a comprehensive Pilates program of 500+ hours OR must be currently enrolled in a training program with a known graduation date.
- Must carry liability insurance of a minimum 1,000,000/3,000,000, and provide a copy with NCP listed as an additional insured. If you're a student, insurance provided by the school counts.
- Have your business registered with the State of PA and the City of Pittsburgh (grads only).
- Provide NCP with a 1099-misc at the end of the year.
- Reasonable hourly rates, and rent due once a month. $20-$30/hour depending on service.
