Hi I am a decent respectful trustworthy 50 plus non partyier white gal looking for a roommate with same qualities that I would or could connect and click with on a roommate and buddy level,only... Guy or Gal is fine by me. I do have solid income( I will be employed soon )huge fan of a dog or cat or both, all smoking will be done outside, rent and bills will be spilt evenly between the 2 of us be prepared to Adult, sign a lease of a year minimum, don't think you're gonna free load or turn the place into party or bring home bad eggs heaven.
