Job Title: Security Officer – Residential Building (24/7 Coverage)

Job Description:
Chestnut Strategic Solutions is currently seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to provide 24/7 coverage at a residential property located in Pittsburgh, PA.
This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors.
Position Details:
Pay Rate: $17- $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 24/7 coverage (multiple shifts available)
Staffing: 2 security personnel per shift
Shift Breakdown:
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Location is on a bus line for easy access
No driver’s license required
Responsibilities:
Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorized individuals enter
Conduct routine patrols of the property
Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
Maintain daily logs and incident reports
Provide a visible security presence to deter unwanted activity
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management
Requirements:
Must have a favorable background check
Strong communication and observational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
Reliable and punctual
Prior security experience is a plus, but not required
