We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician/Houseman to support daily hotel operations. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, takes initiative, and enjoys a mix of maintenance and housekeeping support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance work, including basic plumbing, painting, and electrical tasks
- Assist with inventory organization, including lifting and moving heavy items as needed
- Support housekeeping and operations teams with public area cleaning, room assistance, and general upkeep
- Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
- Complete additional tasks based on daily operational needs
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs
- Ability to lift and move heavy items for inventory and storage
- Prior maintenance or hotel experience preferred
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
- Flexible work schedule; hours vary based on property needs
- Strong customer service mindset
