Moving from MD to Pitt on Nov 3 and in search of a small apt or studio/efficiency. Something very simple. Downtown or as close to stadiums as possible. I have all my own hand/power tools and have been doing home impvt for 30 plus years. Willing to do some work at your property for very fair rate in exchange for sec deposit. My budget is $1300 and I can't pay a penny more. Using all my funds to arrive in early November. While not ideal... I have done this deal several times with both parties involved winning. I am ex military. Very laid back willing to negotiate a small deal. I want/need to get to Pitt. Willing to sign a 1 yr lease at a minimum. I have my 1st months rent in cash and will pay on Nov 3 upon key turnover. If needed I can do even bigger projects such as bath remodel/update. Painting. Tiling. Electrical upgrade/smart home. Security. If ur a landlord I have no issues working at a diff property as long as transportation/logistics aren't too bad. Again I own all my own equipment. I just need a home. No pets. No baggage. Super clean and a hustler. I keep it moving. I want to just be in a small cozy neighborhood where I can walk to a local bar for a beer or grab some breakfast on Sunday morning. As I said I don't need much space. Mainly a clean bath and room. I'm not super familiar w/ the city as u can imagine but I know my target area. I would forever be in debt to you for bringing me to your city and I love it. I'm an asset to those around me and just a normal good dude. Attached is my contact info and pls only serious inquiries.
