I have a humble home in the South Hills suburbs. With and unique acre of land. Straight down Rt.51 from Dahntahn Pittsburgh,Jefferson Hills. It needs updates but its all here. Lmao. Opportunity is here. You don't know until you know.
I am from the city and like the slower pace and no neighbors of my spot in the burbs. It is a lil lonely. I have my dog. She is a spunky unaltered 85ish lb Corso. So we chill here a lot. I have a big ass yard too. No fences just saying if you have a dog. Also plenty of animals around. My girl has a prey drive but is getting calmer as she gets out of the Pup stage. Loves playing ball. Dog pets only medium or bigger. Trout stream (Peters Creek) and Montour Trail across the street.
This is a share and just regular upkeep and diy fixing and updates. For the workshare. Inquire and all will be explained.

I am a MMj patient and have some beers by the fire. I have plenty of trees for a constant supply of firewood. Just gotta get it.
