Long story short, we're a collection of people who live out of the same house. Simply trying to use this place as a stepping stone into bigger and better things, or at least dig in to some vestige of stability and keep on keeping on.
Nobody here has an ideal backstory, but we make due. Leases are month to month, but as the owner- I eat all the utilities and taxes. I don't expect security deposits. Previous applicants include recent divorcees, young adults trying to get out on their own, etc.
It's a tribe vibe, I lucked into property and remember dealing with predatory slumlord BS, so I try to offer an alternative.
We're centrally located along 65. Accessible to bus lines with little night life around, but open to all backgrounds so long as there's a willingness for everyone to do what they say they will.
