We have 2 rooms available in a 5 bedroom shared house. 1 person per private bedroom with the remaining house as shared space.
All tenants are expected to help in keeping the shared areas clean and with taking garbage out and snow shoveling. We do require info to do a thorough background check for past landlord filings and for any criminal history. The utilities are divided up amongst how many tenants are living in the house at that time and range anywhere between $100 to $180 per tenant pending on the weather.
