If you, like me, hate/can't really afford the artificially high prices nowadays in Lawrenceville, and are looking for a place that helps you pay your bills a lot more easily, I've got one for you. I've toured the place and I'm looking to rent it, along with two or three housemates, taking action today or tomorrow. For two, it's under $700, for three, under $500. Short notice, I know, but if you'd rather pay $1,400 for the rent at another place alone, as is far-too-common in this area, and then complain that the bills you got are killing you "wish someone could do something about it but oh well" that is totally your right. But some of us are taking action and trying to find cheaper places to live. Send an email soon as you can, if you're serious, have a job or verifiable income, nothing will get you knocked out of a background check that the company will do (not up to us, but it is what it is), and either be ready to move or have your spot held for you until you can get out of your current high priced money-trap.
Oh, and it's definitely not wheelchair accessible. Not my fault, but it's just the way the house is designed
