Small room for rent $525 + utilities, this amount is for a room only! If interested in full use of house including washer and dryer and more the rent will be $650+utilities.
There are dogs (4) plus 2 cat, animals can be allowed with pet deposit.
Due to quite a few health issues the house not where I'd like it to be and if you are handy/ good with outdoor work an agreement can be made to take some off rent in return.
Please note: background check, security deposit+ 1st month rent and proof of income is needed to move in.
