TENANTS:

- No pets
- No Smoking. Electronic cigarettes or outside only.
- No guests Sunday night through Friday morning
- It’s Not a party house.
- Must be employed.
1 Month Deposit. 1 year rental agreement preferred, then month to month. It’s a home. There is an additional fee for anyone that works at home or schools online. Amenities may change at any time.
There is No landlady on the premise so you have an equal say in the home. We do have Home Etiquette to keep the peace in the home. All of the housemates are professionals with no criminal background. It’s like family. They are good people.
