Laundry shared, must be someone that doesn’t keep laundry too long in shared machines-space.
Private bath but could be shared in emergency situations. Must clean bathroom, and clean space at least every week or two. Private room with balcony.
Parking for housemate - down the street. Bus stops 4-7 minute walk.
