Hi all! My roommate is moving out of Pennsylvania and I’m looking to fill the room for the remainder of the lease in our 2 bed/2 bath apartment at 365 Pennsylvania Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139. The apartment faces the back instead of the street, so it’s quiet with a peaceful view of trees, and the rooms get lots of natural light with glass panels above the bedroom doors that help keep the main living space bright even when the doors are closed. You’ll be moving into a furnished living area, and the bedroom can be semi-furnished if you’d like. The apartment also includes an in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and was recently renovated. The location is excellent—right on Pennsylvania Ave in Oakmont, close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, with easy access to downtown Pittsburgh and nearby neighborhoods.
