Ok...so 2 nice sized rooms for rent. Own private bathroom. I'm permitting 1 small size dog. I have 2 so you must be dog friendly. No cats at all. 400 includes all utilities except for food. There is a washer and dryer in the basement...if you throw some extra cash I'll do the laundry. You can use the kitchen anytime and some room in the fridge. Must clean up after yourself. Text me to look at the space. show contact info . You can use anything that is up there but if not I will remove it.
My son's weights are up there too. You're welcome to use them if not they will go to the basement.
