Looking for space for music venue/club (Pittsburgh pa)

My partners and I are currently looking for a small to medium sized space to host local musicians and artists. We would like to have events at least a few times a month. Ideally the space would be about 2500 square feet.
We have collectively between us many years experience promoting and running events. We are able to sign a lease as soon as space is available.
