I'm looking for a fixer upper. Do u have a house that u just don't want to deal with or it's run down and you don't want to worry about fixing it up, maybe someone was renting it and left it a mess and you don't want to clean it up in order to sell it. I'm looking to take it off ur hands. I'm looking for something with around an acre+ of land and 5+ bedrooms. Around $100,000 or less depending on condition of the house and property. I'm looking for something within like 2 hours drive from Pittsburgh, Pa. It doesn't have to be in Pa. I'm open to Ohio, WV, and MD. If you know of an abandoned property that needs to be refurbished I'm will to look into that as well. I have done some research on how to register and rehab abandoned houses as well.
