This is a **hands-on role** combining retail, customer service, and creative work. No two days are the same.

• Retail store support (cleaning, stocking, organizing)
• Inventory + merchandising
• Answer phones + customer emails
• Help manage schedule / calendar
• Assist with balloon prep + creative projects
• Support event setup when needed

• Comfortable multitasking
