WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Diabetes Sales Associe is responsible for serving as a sales representive for Abbott Diabetes Care to drive awareness and adoption of the FreeStyle Libre brand among health care providers. Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for the Freestyle Libre portfolio with new and existing Abbott customers. Collabore with various channel partners within HCP, Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care organizions. Establish strong relionships with a broad base of internal and external health care constituents (e.g., physicians, nurses, pharmacists, CDEs, etc.). Act with a sense of purpose and urgency, engaging in a friendly, respectful manner, focusing on the needs and interests of others, while motiving change.
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver sales results per assigned goals by influencing prescribing behavior of Endocrinologists and Primary Care Physicians.
Position products and services using approprie resources using confident, convincing logic.
Develop and implement plans (e.g., territory, account and call) th include goals, action plans, time frames and resources.
Tailor sales approach to meet customer needs by utilizing approprie resources.
Act with a sense of purpose and urgency, engaging in a friendly, respectful manner. Focus on the needs and interest of others, while motiving change.
Convey informion clearly and concisely. Respond to others and listens carefully to understand the message.
Regularly track and reports progress against plan, redirect efforts as necessary.
Document daily, weekly and monthly activities utilizing call reporting / tracking system.
Maintain accountability for all samples in accordance with Division guidelines.
Work within quality guidelines established for compliance.
Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
Territory coverage includes Altoona, PA - Johnstown, PA - Green Park, PA
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING:
Required-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience with a successful sales track record from previous positions
Excellent communicion skills, high energy, integrity, and ambition to succeed.
Preferred-
Sales experience in the healthcare industry
B2B sales experience.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
