Middle aged experienced worker. I have tools for just about any job. I own a new truck. I worked for the gas company doing service lines, house lines and relights. Apartment companies doing maintenance. I have experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, doors, I’ve done a few window replacements, minor hvac, rubber roof repair, basic carpentry, landscaping, anything that has to do with apartment maintenance. I have also worked for a water and sewer company doing maintenance on pump stations. I’ve done log home maintenance. Blasting, chinking, staining. I am a good at painting. I’m excellent at troubleshooting even on things I don’t know much about. I can drive a forklift, bucket truck and scissors lift. I also have experience on an excavator and skid steer. I do not have experience in regular roofing, flooring, trim or tile. I’m not on drugs, have no criminal record and a clean drivers license. I have my own benefits. I take a lot of pride in my work. I’m just looking to help with cash jobs. If you need a hard worker with a mind that thinks outside of the box then I’m your guy. I am available anytime and any days. I do have letters from the last company I worked for for my work ethic and I have a universal epa 608 card.
