Betta owner needs help (Crafton)

Hi, I recently adopted 2 betta fish. One male and one female. Both are kept in 2.5 gallon tanks with a filter, thermometer, and light. I have a few questions I'm hoping someone with betta experience can answer. First question, my male betta has neon green eyes. I wanna know why and if there are any health issues that caused that or if that is just how he is? Second question, My female betta has a white body with pink and blue reflective fins. Will her white body stay white or will it change colors like my male betta did? First 2 pics are of my male betta. The first Pic is before he changed colors and the second is him now. The other Pic is my female. Please TEXT me if you can answer my questions. Thanks!
