We are the Green Beacon Gallery, a non-profit music and art space located at 235 W. Pittsburgh St. Greensburg, PA. The upper floors of our building contain rooms that we sublet to artists & professionals. There are currently two available spaces

Studio 1 (white room with the fireplace, second floor) 208 sq. ft. $343/mo
Studio 6 (wood floors, attic ceiling, third floor) 226 sq. ft. $275/mo

Building has central air, both pictured rooms have window unit heater/air conditioner for added temperature support.
Typically we're aiming to get artistically-inclined folks settled into these spots, though nowadays we're open to meeting with candidates in any field to see if they're a good fit!

We host live music events, artistic/creative sessions, show films and have meetings in the evenings in the main gallery area. Building is mostly quiet during daytime hours.
