Established commercial sign company seeking a reliable and organized Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a small company with a semi laid-back work environment, but we take our work seriously and depend on each team member to stay focused and productive. No industry experience required – we will train the right candidate.
Position Details:
Full-time position
Paid holidays, sick days, and personal days

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming company phone calls and respond professionally to client inquiries (low to medium volume)
Greet and assist walk-in customers (low volume)
Coordinate and track multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain organized records, schedules, and job files
Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Punctuality is critical – must be on time every time
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Dependable and able to handle responsibilities independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable managing a busy office environment
Solid computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry, basic office software)
Ability to stay focused during work hours
Additional Note:
If you find it difficult to stay off your phone and remain focused during the workday, this position will not be a good fit.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in construction, signage, or related industries
Previous administrative or project coordination experience
Training Provided:
