Overview
Seeking an experienced Office Manager to own operations and systems fully, ensuring all deadlines and processes are handled without oversight, monitoring marketing and online presence,
Responsibilities
• Oversee all office operations, schedules, calendars, and workflows
• Ensure deadlines, filings, and follow-ups are completed
• Manage client/customer communication
• Maintain and improve office systems
• Monitor emails of superiors, notify owners of actions needed
• Execute marketing (33%), including social media and online presence
Qualifications
• 5+ years’ office & operations management experience
• This is a “doer,” not a “planner.” Only action-oriented candidates need apply
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing deadlines independently
• Hands-on social media and tech skills (CRM, MS Office)
