Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality, Inc., is a private, nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting the needs of individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual and developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Our vision is to help extraordinary people live ordinary lives. Our Agency oversees 20 residential settings, 2 outpatient offices, 3 adult training facilities, a prevocational enterprise program, a consumer drop-in center, habilitation services, and 2 health care quality units serving clients in the Butler and Warren regions. Milestone is committed to providing trauma-informed care.

The Prevocational Production Manager supports the production process by scheduling clients for work in ratios, daily pick-up/delivery of contract materials, organization of production areas, quality control, management of daily production assignments, and assisting with production lines as needed. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure compliance with state 2390, county regulations and all Wage and Hour regulations
• Manage all daily contract work by coordinating and scheduling the day-to-day operations of production work and staffing to maintain required ratios
• Develop and execute back-up plans relevant to all production needs and deadlines
• Tracks and monitors department trainings and requirements for staff for all production jobs
• Complete all paperwork, billing and invoices daily
• Monitor and complete all documentation to meet licensing and regulatory requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university in Business or Engineering OR An Associate’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university in Business or Engineer AND 2 years work experience in industrial work OR a High School Diploma or a G.E.D. AND 4 years work experience in industrial work, which includes at least 2 years supervisory experience
2. Valid PA Driver’s License
3. Department of Transportation Physical within 30 days of employment
4. Ability to lift at least 50lbs
5. Time management, organization, communication and effective people skills
6. Act 33, 34 clearance and FBI (if applicable) Clearances
