Just say "hired guns" that get no say into the creative process because the band already has control freaks. See, that wasn't so hard, but I can't imagine why you can't find anyone. Those EGOless drummers are hard to find, esp zombies with no brain or creativity. Say it with me. . . DRUM MACHINE!
